Kannan Law Associates firmly believes in supporting the clients with updated legal information sufficient
for them to move ahead in their negotiation or set the law in motion.
A preliminary discussion is not covered under the paid service category. Only after a constructive decision
has been arrived at,the payment of fee is demanded.However It is not wise to explain what amounts to free service as we
only expect and believe in genuine enquiries from the litigant clients.

and registry search, Negotiation, Lease Agreements, Sale Documents Drafting and Registration, access
to thousand of data base of real property in all major capitals of India including class 2 cities.
The above service may include Liasoning or representation with appropriate level of governments if
necessary.

Business Incorporations, Joint Ventures, Take Overs, Arrangements, Background search
of Paretners/Directors/Owners/individuals, Winding up and Liquidation, Business and Trade negotiations, Government Liasoning,
Approval, Licencing & Clearances,
Trade Mark & Patent Registration, Manpower Planning, Corporate Criminal Defense, etc.,(other

IMMIGRATION SERVICES :
Eligibility Assessment for Canada, Counselling on immigration,all visa requirements,education and employment
in Canada.
CIVIL LAW:
Civil Notices, claims and compensation, Interlocutory Injunctions, civil suits, Maritime litigation and
arbitration, Wills, Probates and Letters of Administration, Writs before High Courts and Supreme Court of India.

LAWYER FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL CLIENTS:
For drafting agreements US $ 20 to $100 depending on the nature of contract. Negotiation and settlement
fee $ 30 to $ 500
Court Representation Fee as per Advocates Act of India
Filing and Search Fee $ 20 upwards
Stamp and other statutory duties are as per relevant statutes.
